The flexible titanium frame wraps around the back of your head and stays put. The included security leash clips around your neck so even if the headphones come off in a wipeout, they stay attached to you (won't choke you). Tested in real surf conditions - 12+ ft waves.

Yes. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — undamaged and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Contact support@roguewaveus.com to start a return. If your return is accepted, we'll send a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Defective, damaged, or wrong item? Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately.
Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days after we inspect your return (your bank may take additional time to post). For exchanges, return the item first; once accepted, place a new order.
